BARREL PLATING - AEROSPACE HARDWARE
This is an example of an IPEC barrel plating system for commmercial aircraft components. Cadmium and nickel plating comprise the largest share of production. This is a single point hoist system with DC drives on the plating barrels that permit variable barrel speeds and are reversable. The dilute rinse water is totally recycled with ZERO Discharge to the sewer and all concentrated wastes are batch treated and hauled as solids.
