AEROSPACE - PLATING / ANODIZING
This is a high quality - medium volume barrel plating/anodizing facility. The system was designed and built by IPEC Global for FAA and Mil-spec finishing of aerospace fasteners. Operations include cadmium and nickel electro-plating, aluminum anodize Type I,II,III, and related finishing operations such as cleaning, etch, passivate and chromate conversion coatings. The system features 14 x 36 inch plating barrels with up to 100 lbs capacity per load. The line produces 4 barrels of plated parts per hour, or 400 pounds per hour.
